Clyde Munro Dental
We applaud Clyde Munro Dental Group for their efforts to reduce their environmental impact and become a Net Zero company. This is a great example of how businesses can take responsibility for their carbon footprints and invest in sustainable solutions. We hope to see more businesses following their lead in the future.
We all know that dental practices can generate a lot of waste and use a lot of energy. So it’s great to see that one dental group is taking environmentalism seriously and investing in some eco-friendly transportation! Clyde Munro Dental Group has just purchased three electric vans from LEVC (London ELECTRIC Vehicle Company) to help their facilities management team get around more efficiently. Not only that, but they’re also installing three electric charging points at the homes of employees who will be using the vans. Talk about being committed to going green!
The Importance of Going Electric
As we all become more aware of the damaging effects of climate change, it’s more important than ever for businesses to find ways to reduce their carbon footprints. And while dental practices may not be the first places you think of when it comes to going green, Clyde Munro is setting a great example of how businesses in any industry can make a difference. By investing in electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, they’re not only reducing emissions, but also saving money on fuel costs in the long run.
What’s even more impressive is that Clyde Munro is committed to becoming a Net Zero company by 2030. That means they plan to offset all the emissions they produce through things like renewable energy projects and energy efficiency measures. It’s an ambitious goal, but with initiatives like this one, they’re definitely on the right track. We can’t wait to see what else they come up with.
The SCOTLAND’s leading dental group has bucked the trend and taken environmentalism to new heights with three eco-friendly vans that will be a part of its fleet moving forward.
The group’s commitment to Net Zero by 2030 has been improved with the purchase of electric cars for staff travelling between its Fort William and Glencoe dental practices. Chief operating officer Fiona Wood hopes this will help them reach their goal even faster.
